The Austin Used Book Collective

The Austin Used Book Collective is a small group of independent booksellers. Each of us carries a unique and thoughtfully—lovingly—curated selection of high-quality, secondhand books. Together, we support a diverse range of interests and tastes.

With the goal of creating community around a shared passion for reading and book collecting, the Collective organizes regular markets in collaboration with coffee shops, bars, and other area businesses. Most of our sales feature at least one one guest vendor, too. To date, we have teamed up with other used-book specialists, dealers in vintage comics, and local bookmakers.
